Refund policy
Last updated: November 1, 2026
Paid plans are sold by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record for Rowkeel. It sells the plan to you, takes the payment and issues refunds under its own buyer terms, which are shown at checkout. We approve the refunds this policy describes, and the payment provider pays them back to your original payment method. It may refuse a refund where it finds fraud or refund abuse.
Pro subscriptions
You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first payment for Pro (monthly or annual). Renewal payments after the first one are not refunded, except where the law requires it, but you can cancel online at any time and keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
7-day Pass
You get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of buying the Pass and no pages were converted with it. We check this against the page count recorded for your account.
If you agreed at checkout that the Pass starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once you use it, no refund is due after pages have been converted with it. If that consent was not collected, you keep the 14-day right of withdrawal that consumer law gives you.
How to request a refund
Write to support@rowkeel.com from the email address of your account, or include it in the message, and say which purchase you want refunded. We usually reply within one business day. Once a refund is approved, the time it takes to reach you depends on your bank or card provider.
What happens after a refund
A refund of a subscription payment also cancels the subscription, so you will not be charged again. Pro or the Pass ends when the refund is made.
If we close your account
If we suspend or close a paid account when you have not broken the terms of service, we refund the unused part of the current paid period.
Your statutory rights
This policy does not limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country, or your rights under your card scheme’s dispute rules.
